Executive Level All Source Analyst

Integrity ISR has an opening for an Air Force Cryptologic Office (AFCO) Policy and Agreements SME at Fort Meade, MD.  This position is part of a large program supporting Air Combat Command’s (ACC) Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission.

Job Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to provide subject matter expertise to the Air Force Service Cryptologic Component (AF SCC) in the drafting, formulation, coordination, and representation of cryptologic policies and agreements among U.S. Air Force (USAF), Department of Defense (DoD), Combat Support Agencies (CSA) and national mission partners (NMPs). 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Supports development and management of cryptologic support agreements, memorandums of understanding/agreement, inter-service agreements, and United States Signals Intelligence Directives (USSIDs)
  • Represents the AF SCC in meetings with representatives from the CSA, NMPs, Air Force operational organizations (Wings, Center, etc.) and mission representative to ensure Air Force cryptologic interests are represented and coordinated
  • Prepares senior-level briefings, policy papers, and associated compilation tasks concern complex and diversified topics

Basic Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI Cleared with CI Polygraph
  • Master’s Degree and 15+ years’ prior relevant experience, or Bachelor’s Degree and 20+ years of prior relevant experience
  • 5+ years’ experience with Air Force Cryptologic Component policies and agreements
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years’ experience working with the national intelligence community
  • Experience supporting the ACC ISR enterprise
  • 5+ years’ experience working in Air Force Staff positions at the Group-level or higher echelon
  • Experience using JIRA for hosting/tracking/ticketing activities

Unmanned AircRaft Systems Operator

Integrity ISR is looking for experienced drone or Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) operators to assist in US military training exercises. The ideal candidate is a military veteran who held a military occupation specialty as a sensor operator, UAS operator, or similar career field. Experience with small tactical drones/UAS is highly desired. This position requires the ability to launch, fly, and recover Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) UAS in support of tactical exercises.

Operators must be able to act as an embedded enabler to support individual platoon and squad level operations. The ability to walk, lift and carry approximately 35 lbs., and a valid driver’s license is required. This position is considered part-time, involving approximately one week of duty per month. 

Desired Skills: 

  • Experience as a US military tactical drone operator/pilot 

Required: 

  • FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
  • Secret security clearance (minimum)

Job location: Quantico, VA with some occasional travel to other locations, as needed

Weapons School Instructor – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains class related records, and assesses student performance. Works with partner nations and host nation entities to develop and deliver effective course material covering a broad range of topics to include intelligence analysis, collection hardware, software, and additional topics as necessary to support the assigned mission. Coordinate with Partner Nation (PN) to tasks pertaining to, but not limited to, training events, scheduling of ranges, transportation, lodging, meals, equipment, etc. All instruction will be in the English language. 

Requirements: 

  • Secret security clearance or higher 
  • Graduate of USAF Weapons School and/or Weapons School Instructor 
  • Five (5) years’ experience working operational/tactical level targeting/weaponeering activities 
  • Experience in Air Operations planning with a focus on target selections and study 
  • At least three years’ experience as an Air Force Intelligence Instructor, or  
  • Served as an Intelligence professional with at least seven years of total military service in the intelligence career field. 
  • Experience and communication skills necessary to provide a thorough understanding of the training objectives. 
  • Operational experience in the applicable US Combatant Command Area of Responsibility, i.e., CENTCOM, EUCOM, PACOM, etc. is desirable.  
  • Experience or formal education in Instructional Design, Instructional Materials Development, and incorporating training aids and devices.  
  • Experience in developing, reviewing, and revising instructional materials IAW specific learning objectives.

Targeting Analyst Instructor

Plans, designs, coordinates, and executes the ACC F-15E Intelligence Formal Training Unit (IFTU) instruction in support of global Strike Eagle operations. Develops, reviews, and revises training support necessary to develop, present and maintain course materials, classroom instruction and support documentation including, but not limited to software simulations, presentations, training materials, processes and procedures, guides, meeting minutes, etc. Tailors course material for use with other ACC weapons systems as well as integration with non-kinetic and SIGINT derived capabilities.. Identifies, evaluates, and integrates applicable adversary, DoD, Service, and IC doctrine, TTPs into training. Provides technical support, assistance, and advice on F-15E Intelligence support at the Wing, MAJCOM, and Service Levels.


Required Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience related to the specific labor category.


Required Education: Master’s degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have bachelor’s degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 15 years, as a substitute to the master’s degree.

Senior Accountant

Integrity ISR is a woman owned small business, delivering customer focused high quality services to DOD customers.  

We are looking for dedicated and highly qualified Senior Accountant in the Williamsburg, VA area, who will work directly with the President & CEO and will support the entire leadership team by performing traditional general accounting functions such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, general ledger entries, month-end closings and financial statements analysis. The role requires applying principles of accounting to compile and analyze financial information to record transactions, prepare reports, and review and verify accuracy. The successful candidate will always seek for ways to improve financial reporting, controls and systems. 

Responsibilities: 

Perform and manage all accounting functions such as but not limited to: 

  • Cash management: daily cash activities and bank account reconciliations to the general ledger  
  • Accounts Payable: vendor management, voucher entries, vendor payments and reconciliations 
  • Accounts Receivable: customer invoicing and cash receipt applications 
  • Payroll: prepare and submit bi-weekly payroll with Insperity PEO 
  • Timekeeping: track, review and post weekly timecards and expense reports 
  • Expense Reporting: review and post expense reports and process reimbursements 
  • Unallowable expenses: monitor for unallowable expenses and book properly to the unallowable accounts 
  • Journal entries: prepare and book journal entries for all accounting activities

  • Reporting: Prepare reports and reconciliations as required by the leadership team

  • Business administration: support other business administrative functions, as required by the leadership team 
  • Budgets and financial planning: prepare annual budget and provisional indirect rates

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, business administration, finance or similar 
  • OR equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the skills, knowledge and ability to perform the essential job duties. 
  • 10+ years of experience within the defense contracting industry 
  • Familiarity with FAR, CAS, DCAA and DCMA compliance 
  • Experience with DCAA audits 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all types of Government/DOD contracts 
  • Experience with invoice submission in the Wide Area Workflow system (PIEE/WAWF) 
  • Knowledge/experience with Unanet Accounting System is highly preferred but not required 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Demonstrated impeccable attention to detail 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; highly skilled in Excel
