Operational Training Infrastructure (OTI)

We are seeking qualified applicants to support Air Combat Command Operational Training Infrastructure efforts at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA.  The Expert Tactical Intelligence Analyst will provide subject matter expertise with all echelons of intelligence personnel to include Unit Level Intelligence training needs, requirements, and tools.  Employee will conduct liaison with units and other stakeholders to develop, implement, and integrate training initiatives, programs, and exercises for ACC A23T within the Distributed Missions Operations Network and associated systems, exercises, and tools.  Candidates must currently possess a TS/SCI security clearance.

Qualifications:

  • Current, active TS/SCI clearance on day 1
  • Bachelor’s degree & 20 yrs of related experience OR Master’s degree and 15 yrs of related experience
  • 14N or 1N0 Unit Level Intelligence experience
  • Experience with Red Flag or other large USAF Exercise Development
  • Technical expertise and experience drafting scenarios within the Distributed Mission Operations Network
  • Travel – 25%

Resolute Hunter – Intelligence management Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Project Officer located at Joint Base Langley-Eustis in Hampton, VA. This position is part of a large program supporting Air Combat Command’s (ACC) Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission.

•Manage the establishment of RH as an AF Program of Record.

•Establish exercise RESOLUTE HUNTER Organizational Ownership and draft/coordinate approval of exercise RESOLUTE HUNTER EXPLAN.

•Liaise with Ex RESOLUTE HUNTER stakeholders to identify requirements and establish required agreements to sustain exercise.       

•Work with overall team to develop top-level exercise objectives with measures of effectiveness and performance, overall and event scenarios, DRMDs, OPFOR requirements and OPFOR scripts

•Determine range equipment and software requirements, planning and deliverable timelines, execution events schedule

•Gather, draft when necessary, and represent unit and functional team desired learning objectives

•Assist with arrival and beddown plans, computer account setup, security clearances, software/system/space needs

•Coordinate/support tasking and fulfillment of DRMD, NOS support, geographically separated unit/member participation, DV and observer attendance

•Support mission execution, debrief, and participant instruction (incl. mid-exercise pause)

•Provide ACC and HAF staff status updates, exercise debrief, and requests for support

Required Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree & 20 years OR Master’s degree and 15 years of relevant experience.

•Must have prior experience supporting Exercise RESOLUTE HUNTER planning and execution.

•Must have prior experience supporting Intelligence and ISR desired learning objectives at AF Large Force Employment exercises such as RED FLAG.

•Must already have a current TS/SCI security clearance.

Intelligence management Specialist (SME)

Performs executive-level analysis and assessments in applying advanced principles, theories, and concepts to a wide range of work in the areas of planning, deployment, operation, and enhancement of advanced technology for SIGINT ISR systems and capabilities. Provides input on cryptologic policy in support of ISR operations and foreign engagement/partnerships. Assists with cryptologic operations policy issues. Manages tasks and issues assigned by AFCO Director of Ops.  Conducts global, enterprise-wide intelligence analysis to identify and recommend how the U.S. military can best defend itself against fielded and planned worldwide SIGINT threats.  Measures compliance with multi-discipline ISR and NSA requirements, standards, and customer RFIs.

All Source Analyst (SME)

Performs senior-level analysis and assessments to build effective SIGINT business processes for day-to-day requirements and/or production management and oversight (monitor and assess) of 16 AF SIGINT A&P. Develops information sharing and analytic outreach methodology and develop strategic communication plans enabling collaborative relationships with members of the IC and supported Component Numbered Air Forces and associated Air & Space Operations Centers (AOC) worldwide.  Ensures compliance with IC, DoD and AF policies and directives related to Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) SIGINT operations and assessments.  Develops distributed A&P strategies and accompanying ISR assessment plans.  Develops SIGINT-related Intelligence Support Plans (ISP), Concepts of Operations/Employment (CONOPS/CONEMP), tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) and training plans.  Research, analyze and identify gaps and shortfalls related to execution of AF ISR SIGINT PCPAD and training.

Unmanned AircRaft Systems Operator

Integrity ISR is looking for experienced drone or Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) operators to assist in US military training exercises. The ideal candidate is a military veteran who held a military occupation specialty as a sensor operator, UAS operator, or similar career field. Experience with small tactical drones/UAS is highly desired. This position requires the ability to launch, fly, and recover Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) UAS in support of tactical exercises.

Operators must be able to act as an embedded enabler to support individual platoon and squad level operations. The ability to walk, lift and carry approximately 35 lbs., and a valid driver’s license is required. This position is considered part-time, involving approximately one week of duty per month. 

Desired Skills: 

  • Experience as a US military tactical drone operator/pilot 

Required: 

  • FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
  • Secret security clearance (minimum)

Job location: Quantico, VA with some occasional travel to other locations, as needed

Weapons School Instructor – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains class related records, and assesses student performance. Works with partner nations and host nation entities to develop and deliver effective course material covering a broad range of topics to include intelligence analysis, collection hardware, software, and additional topics as necessary to support the assigned mission. Coordinate with Partner Nation (PN) to tasks pertaining to, but not limited to, training events, scheduling of ranges, transportation, lodging, meals, equipment, etc. All instruction will be in the English language. 

Requirements: 

  • Secret security clearance or higher 
  • Graduate of USAF Weapons School and/or Weapons School Instructor 
  • Five (5) years’ experience working operational/tactical level targeting/weaponeering activities 
  • Experience in Air Operations planning with a focus on target selections and study 
  • At least three years’ experience as an Air Force Intelligence Instructor, or  
  • Served as an Intelligence professional with at least seven years of total military service in the intelligence career field. 
  • Experience and communication skills necessary to provide a thorough understanding of the training objectives. 
  • Operational experience in the applicable US Combatant Command Area of Responsibility, i.e., CENTCOM, EUCOM, PACOM, etc. is desirable.  
  • Experience or formal education in Instructional Design, Instructional Materials Development, and incorporating training aids and devices.  
  • Experience in developing, reviewing, and revising instructional materials IAW specific learning objectives.
