(27 Sep 2022) Then-Maj Gen Heithold used to say, “Humans are more important than hardware” when he commanded the AF ISR Agency. Fast forward 11 years and the Space Force S2, Brig Gen Gagnon, makes the case that “the core value proposition [of intelligence] is no longer collection. We have plenty of collection, whether it’s airborne, space-based, or cyber-based…What we need is sense making, or fusion, or analysis.” The use of AI and ML as a force multiplier enables humans to do what humans do best – critically think, analyze, and fuze information across streams of information into relevant, timely, and actionable intelligence.

###

(7 June 2022) This excellent article is making the rounds among thinkers about modern warfare. Team Integrity ISR analysts have long discussed – both in our courses and in writing and speaking events – on how woefully behind we are as a nation in this important lane. It is vital to our national security for the US to modernize rapidly in the EW – both terrestrial and in space – or face some difficult times in the next conflict which will likely be against a peer enemy. Give it a read!

###

(6 June 2022) “This operation is not being planned with any alternatives. This operation is planned as a victory, and that’s the way it’s going to be. We’re going down there, and we’re throwing everything we have into it, and we’re going to make it a success.” — General Dwight D. Eisenhower

Today we pause to reflect on the heroism of more than 350,000 Allied Soldiers, Sailors, Marines, and Airmen who risked everything to establish a foothold in Western Europe. We also remember the more than 4,000 Allied personnel who did not survive that day and gave their lives for freedom.

###

(30 May 2022) Today Team Integrity ISR is thankful for every wonderful, beautiful American who has paid the price for our freedom. Women and Men and their amazing families deserve our admiration, respect, and support. Now and Forever. God Bless You All.

###

(27 May 2022) Team Integrity ISR has a longstanding relationship with the City of Uvalde, its leaders, and citizens having conducted several offsites there. We have also worked with DPS Director Steve McGraw and have offered whatever support we can to him, his Rangers, Troopers, and Law enforcement state wide. Most of all, as a South Texas Business our hearts go out to the people, parents, and loved ones of those senselessly gunned down by a complete coward. God Bless Them All.

###

(11 March 2022) They say “flexibility is the key to air power” and recently one of our instructors had to improvise in a class to get the mission done when systems just weren’t our friends. Brandon Black held up microphones to the video output for 20 minutes so the class could hear what was going on… a total “Say Anything” moment. Thanks for what you do Brandon…and thanks Sully, for capturing the moment!
