For paid services, including program enrollments, course purchases, and paid Integrity Flash Insider subscriptions, payment information is processed through WooCommerce and associated payment processors. Integrity ISR does not store full credit card numbers or sensitive financial information on its servers. Payment information is used solely to process transactions and maintain subscription or enrollment access.

Personal information is retained only as long as necessary to provide services, fulfill the purpose for which the information was provided, and meet legal or recordkeeping requirements. Course completion and credentialing records may be retained for longer periods where necessary to verify credentials. You may request deletion of your information where permitted by law.
Integrity ISR services, websites, and courses are intended for adult users and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, and our advertising and analytics tools are not configured to target children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it.
