Integrity ISR Training Platform ISR University Approved by University of San Diego for Graduate-Level Extension Credits

(21 November 2023) Integrity ISR, a leading provider of Space and C4ISR training solutions, is thrilled to announce that its educational arm, ISR University, has partnered with the University of San Diego’s Professional and Continuing Education Department to provide graduate-level extension credits to ISR University students. This partnership signifies a significant milestone for ISR University, as it cements its status as a world-class institution dedicated to educating the next generation of space and intelligence professionals. ISR University students continue to be eligible to receive their Space Professional Certification through the US Space Force Association as well.

The University of San Diego is highly respected for its commitment to academic excellence and its rigorous standards, making this achievement a testament to ISR University’s dedication to providing top-tier education.

At present, the University of San Diego has approved four ISR University Space courses for credit with more planned for the coming months. Current ISR University students, or past students who completed courses in 2023, are eligible to submit their ISR University course certificates to USD to receive graduate-level extension credits that may be transferred to other academic institutions for credit towards an undergraduate or graduate degree. The eligible courses include SP100 – Introduction to the Space Environment, SP200 – Space Systems Design, SP300 – International Space Capabilities 1 – International Use of Space, and SP310 – Space Capabilities 2 – International Space Control.

Integrity ISR Announces Launch of New Space Training Tool “Orbital Edge”

(20 November 2023) Integrity ISR, a leading provider of ISR, Cyber, and Space training solutions through its training platform ISR University, in partnership with LSAS Tec, is proud to announce the upcoming launch of “Orbital Edge.” Orbital Edge is an interactive, cloud-based tool that allows students to learn space fundamentals and advanced space concepts within gold standard modeling/simulation software—providing a “tactile” modality to space learning. Orbital Edge will be incorporated into ISR University’s full space catalog.

Orbital Edge allows ISR University instructors to craft customized curriculum that blends interactive activities, exercises, and capstone projects that provide mission analysis, orbital mechanics, and orbit types training. It will also allow students to manipulate orbit propagation, time of flight, orbital transfers, and other parameters to practice their newly acquired knowledge and skills.

Orbital Edge is hosted on a virtual computer on the LSAS Tec cloud, allowing students to access everything they need, including training content on other learning management systems, with just a click of a link. In addition to learning space concepts, students will learn how to use the Ansys System Tool Kit (STK) – an industry-standard tool – without having to purchase an individual license.

(18 Oct 2023) The war of public opinion is a key component of modern conflict; as such, decision-makers must use all available means to obtain the most accurate “ground truth”. This is only possible with the collection, characterization, and analysis of all-source intelligence.

NPR’s article constructed an objective assessment based on multiple sources that attributed the explosion at Al Ahli Arab Hospital to a surface-to-surface weapon and not air-to-ground ordinance. While no assessment is perfect; NPR authored a reliable analysis by combining eyewitness accounts, geolocation, social media posts, and expert opinions.

Analysts at all levels of government, industry, etc. must possess the same mindset and skills to produce actionable intelligence.

We have two teams working half a world apart in Guam and Ft Leavenworth, Kansas. It’s our very own version of the ACE construct, Agile Course Employment. Integrity ISR Subject Matter Experts are utilizing course facilitation methodologies such as exploration, delegation, participation, and sharing to enhance the learning experiences of CIN students. (27 April 2023) Brandon Black has been with Integrity ISR for the last 18 months… and makes an outsized impact on the company, our team, and our clients every day. B2 served our Air Force for 20 years in an enlisted and officer capacity, with a passion for training, developing, and inspiring those around him. We won the lottery picking him up after his retirement and he leads – really he’s the driving force – behind our wildly successful Contingency Intelligence Network Course. He continues to give back to the Air Force, ensuring Airmen are prepared to support and operate in denied and contested environments to meet Gen CQ Brown’s charge to Accelerate Change.

(26 April 2023) The Contingency Intelligence Network (CIN) Mobile Training Team (MTT) has been on the road and hard at work this year. Last week marked the fourth 2023 CIN MTT course completion. This course is designed to provide standardized training for the CIN, which encompasses the Combat Intelligence Cell (CIC), Mission Planning Cell (MPC), and Squadron Intelligence. The training is intended to improve unit level intelligence (ULI) personnel’s ability to operate and support multi-MDS operations in any Area of Responsibility (AOR).

Our Subject Matter Experts, to include Royce Frengle, Chris Sharp, Robert Sullivan, and Brandon Black, facilitate the CIN course. Throughout the course, students cover various topics including Basic Research Skills and Sources, Intelligence Tools and Communication Systems, CIC Core Functions, MPC Core Functions, Squadron Intelligence Core Functions, and Analysis. The course relies heavily on application, facilitation, and a CAPSTONE event to draw out concepts and enable comprehension.

We applaud the graduates for developing their individual skills and working as a team to demonstrate proficiency in the desired learning objectives. We wish them success in their future endeavors and thank them for their commitment to improving the ULI’s ability to operate in any AOR.

The conundrum we now face is how do we partner with regional nations without providing the spark that compels China to take kinetic action.

(20 March 2023) Happy Three Year Anniversary Dee Zimmerman! In addition to being an all around great guy, Dee is an all around “does everything” kind of guy. Dee’s active duty achievements include being a graduate of the Defense Language Institute (Arabic), C-130 E/H Navigator (NVG combat and tactical low level qualified), TALCE Operations Officer, Senior Intelligence Officer, Theater Airlift Liaison Officer to the US Army, Senior Intelligence Officer for 433 Airlift Wing, and Chief of Targeting for the Joint Information Operations Warfare Center (JIOWC). Dee holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections. While at Integrity, Dee has served as an Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Subject Matter Expert and Senior Instructor. Dee has developed and taught courses, as well as taught allied Intelligence Officers during lengthy, short notice deployments in the Middle East. And that doesn’t include his service as a Director of Business Development, Proposal Writing, Recruiting, and keeping our partners happy with timely data calls. Dee “gets the big picture”! We are happy to have you as an employee and look forward to another three years!

(9 March 2023) The DNI released their unclassified Annual Threat Assessment yesterday – and, not surprising, China is front and center in the document as the IC focuses on their “coordinated, whole-of-government tools to demonstrate strength and compel neighbors to acquiesce to its preferences, including its land, sea, and air claims in the region and its assertions of sovereignty over Taiwan.” The assessments are timely and relevant as President Xi begins his third term at the head of the CCP and his nation. They discuss Beijing’s continued attempts at influence operations, growth in military and space capabilities, and a keen eye towards China’s moves to deepen their economic ties and control over rare earth minerals to use as economic weapons in the future (see also: Russia’s natural gas pipelines into Europe).

Integrity ISR Accomplishments under New Leadership

Williamsburg, VA – (1 February 2023) Since taking over as CEO in September 2022, Danielle Storan and the Integrity ISR Senior Leadership Team successfully expanded the company’s business, strengthened the foundation for future growth, and forged new partnerships to benefit the Integrity ISR team.

Over the last three months, Integrity ISR was awarded its first two prime contracts: one providing security access controls for the US Army and one conducting EW/Cyber training for the US Space Force. Integrity continues to be a highly desired teammate, offering significant ISR, Space, and Cyber past performance.

Integrity was on two winning teams since September, resulting in two new subcontracts under US Air Force. Integrity is on seven separate teams competing under the Enterprise Cyber Capabilities (EC2) solicitation. Integrity also expanded work with international partners under its training platform, ISR University, providing comprehensive ISR, space, and cyber training programs. Integrity ISR signed a new Joint Venture, Integrity Strategic Pointe, LLC, with Chickasaw Nation Industries. Integrity Strategic Pointe is eligible to receive direct awards of up to $100M due to its 8(a) tribal status.

In December 2022, Ms. Storan was appointed to the US Space Force Association (SFA) Board of Directors, working to grow the only organization dedicated solely to serving the US Space Force and its Guardians. Ms. Storan is leading the joint efforts between Integrity ISR and SFA in the development and execution of Global Space University, which provides training and certification to space professionals.

Integrity ISR successfully joined the DoD’s SkillBridge Program which trains and develops separating and retiring military members. Under the program, Integrity ISR will provide robust Instructor training and internship opportunities via ISR University.

Ms. Storan strengthened Integrity’s foundation for future growth by partnering with Insperity, Inc., to open health benefits, training programs, and competitive savings plans to Integrity employees that would otherwise not be affordable for a small business.

In 2023, Integrity ISR looks to grow its government customer base with non-DOD agencies and increase its cybersecurity offerings while continuing to expand its work with existing DOD government and industry partners.

(10 January 2023) Happy 2023 to everyone! December turned into a Chinese “Launchapalooza” conducting 9 launches in less than 4 weeks. Several of those launches carried national security payloads…there were no less than 4 new Shiyan (experiment) missions, another Yaogan 36 triplet, and the 4th high resolution Gaofen 11 (JB-16).

2023 looks like it will be equally sporting. First up, it seems like there’s a Shijian satellite (SJ-23) coming in the first half of this month. Looks like SJ-23 could be a follow-on to the SJ-13 communications satellite launched in 2017 with the DHF-4E bus.
